ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY POSITION
We’re looking for a Tennessee-licensed Attorney with 3–5 years of experience (litigation experience preferred) who’s ready to grow with us — someone who wants to play a pivotal role in shaping both client outcomes and the firm’s future.
Location: Greater Nashville Area (Virtual with Hybrid Potential)

What You’ll Do

Lead and support construction and contract-related matters from start to finish — pre-litigation through resolution.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, demand letters, and legal correspondence.

Handle discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and trial preparation with confidence.

Advise clients strategically to prevent disputes before they escalate.

Collaborate with experts, clients, and colleagues to develop case and business strategies.

Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and litigation with professionalism and presence.

Stay sharp on industry regulations and trends to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
What You Bring

Active Tennessee bar license (additional states a plus).

3–5 years of experience, ideally in construction law, business litigation, or insurance defense.

Strong legal research, writing, and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.

Confidence working both independently and within a dynamic team.

Comfort with technology, case management software, and virtual collaboration tools.
