ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY POSITION

We’re looking for a Tennessee-licensed Attorney with 3–5 years of experience (litigation experience preferred) who’s ready to grow with us — someone who wants to play a pivotal role in shaping both client outcomes and the firm’s future.

Location: Greater Nashville Area (Virtual with Hybrid Potential)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support construction and contract-related matters from start to finish — pre-litigation through resolution.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, demand letters, and legal correspondence.

  • Handle discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, and trial preparation with confidence.

  • Advise clients strategically to prevent disputes before they escalate.

  • Collaborate with experts, clients, and colleagues to develop case and business strategies.

  • Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and litigation with professionalism and presence.

  • Stay sharp on industry regulations and trends to keep our clients ahead of the curve.

What You Bring

  • Active Tennessee bar license (additional states a plus).

  • 3–5 years of experience, ideally in construction law, business litigation, or insurance defense.

  • Strong legal research, writing, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.

  • Confidence working both independently and within a dynamic team.

  • Comfort with technology, case management software, and virtual collaboration tools.
